These days, the global League of Legends community is buzzing with excitement. Although the matches have concluded, a series of updates regarding the Hall of Legends system, which honors the legends of the League of Legends world, have been increasingly discussed by Riot, with the first player to be featured being none other than Faker. As previously known, there could be 2 Hall of Legends skins for the “G.O.A.T of the League of Legends“. In particular, according to many predictions, the price of this skin line could be at an “unimaginable” level, possibly unprecedented in the League of Legends scene so far.

On the evening of May 24th (Vietnam time), the League of Legends community received a new trailer for this Hall of Legends skin line of Faker. Not only were there images from the statue carvings as seen in the previous trailer, but this time, there were actual designs of two outfits in the project. Accordingly, not only will there be 2 transformation forms as previously rumored, but Ahri will have up to 3 different forms, changing throughout the process from her initial appearance in the clip to ultimately reaching the final point of the Hall of Legends.
Additionally, LeBlanc – the champion whose nickname inspired Faker – will also be present, but more as a guide. In the new trailer, there will also be a segment where Ahri gazes at the statue of Azir – the champion who contributed the most to Faker’s achievement at the 2023 World Championship. Many fans expressed regret that Faker does not have a skin for Azir (the reason is believed to be out of respect for his former teammate EasyHoon, who currently owns the SKT T1 Azir skin).

The third form and the golden form could even be the Exclusive version
However, another crucial detail that leaves the League of Legends community “heartbroken” is that among the hashtags of the new trailer, there is a line saying “expensive Ahri”. This can be said to be a confirmation from Riot that this skin line will be extremely pricey. In fact, if two HoL skins are released at the same time, LeBlanc might still have the highest price that previous Ultimate skins had. As for Ahri – being even more special, she could potentially have a price that surpasses that. The reason being is that there is only the tag “Expensive Ahri”, and no similar tag for LeBlanc.

With what the new trailer reveals, Faker’s HoL skin line is highly anticipated. However, to own them, players will likely need to spend a significant amount of money, if not the largest sum ever, or they may even have to “try their luck” through accompanying gacha events.
