Faker can be said to have reached the pinnacle of League of Legends glory at a remarkably early stage; during his first professional season, he won the 2013 World Championship. Of course, glory comes with responsibility, and Faker has gradually transitioned from a reckless playstyle that crushes opponents to a more controlled, team-oriented approach. A careful and calculated Faker is what fans and the audience often get to see.

However, at heart, Faker is still a gamer, and being young, sometimes the “Demon King” has his moments of “goofing off” or “blind” plays. One of Faker’s classic “troll game” moments is when he successfully moves to take down an opponent but doesn’t finish them off right away. Instead, he just stands next to them, “dancing” until they attempt to escape, at which point he delivers the final blow.
One of the most frequent victims of Faker’s trolling is surprisingly Cpt Jack (the legendary AD Carry from Korea). Whenever Faker finds a match with Cpt Jack, he plays Support and aims to “mess with” this poor AD Carry. Cpt Jack himself even had to speak out about this during the All-Star event, where there was a moment when Faker tricked him into charging straight into the enemy team’s Ancient Stone with Bard’s E – Magical Journey.
Recently, in a crucial match like the Spring LCK 2020 finals, Faker made a “down-to-earth” mistake by mistakenly buying 2 Wooden Hammers. After a while, he realized it and hurried back home to undo the purchase. Of course, the result was still a victory for T1, but that “blind” play from Faker made a tense match suddenly feel much more relaxed and enjoyable.

Even in a recent match against Sandbox Gaming, Faker surprisingly pushed Azir’s ultimate, Divide and Conquer, straight into the air like this.
One thing that frustrates gamers immensely is when it takes a few minutes to find a match, only for someone to decline and make you start over. Recently, “Chairman” Faker seems to be playing the role of the one who declines matches, as there are times he has turned down matches just because he was too busy playing Ori and the Will of the Wisps, an incredibly captivating game. Perhaps Faker’s decline in the video below will drive the other 9 players absolutely insane.
