Doran Admits to Personal Deficiencies
In T1’s recent loss against DK, the responsibility falls on all the players. However, if we had to pinpoint the player performing at the “lowest point,” even with full support from teammates, T1 couldn’t secure a victory, it would be Doran. Game 3 against DK was truly a “disaster” for T1’s Top Lane. Recently, Doran himself admitted that he is not in his best form.

Accordingly, even before Doran entered the match against DK, he mentioned: “Recently, I feel that I have not been able to showcase my strengths.” This is a harsh reality for T1’s Top Lane as well as the team as a whole. Because, in the current meta, when AD carries are heavily focused, the Top Lane needs to be a strong enough position to initiate fights or even deal significant damage. Players like Kiin, PerfecT, or Siwoo have achieved this, but Doran has not.

T1 Needs Doran to Return to His Best Form Soon
At this moment, considering his position, Doran can still feel somewhat reassured as T1 is currently in the middle of the standings and has a chance to improve, especially when they face the very weak opponent KRX. This is also a match where Doran personally needs to shine to regain his original confidence and top form.

This is a season full of variables, with underdog teams frequently toppling opponents deemed stronger. Doran and T1 cannot be complacent, especially after suffering too many defeats in just three weeks of competition.
