T1 Can’t Even Help Doran
As we know, in recent days, after the teams have gradually secured their spots for the 2025 Worlds, what the audience looks forward to, besides the emergence of remaining names and which teams will officially take the crown in the remaining domestic tournaments this year, is also the issue of jerseys, especially for fan-favorite teams like T1, Gen.G… However, recently, it was discovered that there is an “unfortunate coincidence” between Doran and the jerseys of the teams he has joined over the years.
Perhaps the LOL audience hasn’t forgotten this “little tiger” jersey from Gen.G years ago.
Specifically, for many consecutive years, every time Doran joins a team, the World Championship jersey of that team tends to lack “aesthetic” appeal. A notable example is Gen.G’s gray jersey featuring a logo of a tiger on the chest, or HLE’s glaring orange jersey from last year. Of course, while the “Gen.G tiger” went viral, HLE’s orange jersey was merely a secondary outfit and thus received less discussion. This year, it’s T1’s turn to also “catch the trend”.
Or the “orange garden” of HLE.
Specifically, due to having too many sponsors, one of which (and probably the largest) is a sponsor from Saudi Arabia, T1 is forced to place this partner’s logo right in the center. However, the horizontal white logo inadvertently contrasts sharply with T1’s primary jersey color (black). Thus, it makes the chest area of the jersey look quite cluttered, with the T1 logo, the stars symbolizing the World Championship titles, and the logos of sponsors Mercedes and Spotify.
T1’s new jersey is criticized for being too cluttered due to many sponsor logos.
But it can be said that T1’s jersey this year is not too bad
Nevertheless, according to many evaluations, while T1’s jersey may be a bit cluttered due to too many sponsor logos, it generally isn’t too aesthetically displeasing. Therefore, the matter remains a topic of discussion among fans, and of course, T1 supporters likely won’t hesitate to “open their wallets” for this year’s World Championship skins.
More importantly, it’s the team’s performance in the upcoming matches that matters. The 2025 Worlds is also the final stage where T1 can hope for a title after a year of not hitting rock bottom but also not reaching peak heights.
