Since the beginning of the 2023 season, Doinb has officially parted ways with LNG Esports (LNG) and announced a temporary break from competition. There are many reasons for this, but according to Doinb himself, he wants to spend more time taking care of his small family. However, fans still hope for the day he returns to professional play.

However, the fans’ wishes seem difficult to fulfill as Doinb has a substantial income despite not competing. Specifically, in April, he earned nearly 540,000 CNY (approximately 1.8 billion VND) in donations while streaming live. This is the highest amount among players and former pros in the LPL.

Not stopping there, the number of hours Doinb streamed is what truly astonished the audience. He streamed a total of 300 hours in April and did not take a single day off. On average, Doinb streamed live for up to 10 continuous hours each day with content such as playing League of Legends (LoL) and watching tournaments. In fact, Doinb’s streaming hours are nearly 5 times that of the second-place streamer – Leave.
“I really admire Doinb for being able to stream consistently like that. I’ve never seen a content creator stream 10 hours a day without a break like this. However, this is not necessarily a good thing. With such a massive income, it may be very difficult for Doinb to return to competitive play,” commented a viewer.

In reality, there have been quite a few rumors about Doinb being contacted to return to competition. Not only in the LPL but also in other regions like the LEC or LCS, several teams want to recruit him. However, Doinb has declined those offers and has not returned to competition. It would not be surprising if he continues with his streaming work until the end of the 2023 season.
