Details of Volibear’s Rework Skills: Ability to Disable Towers, Stunning New Skin That is Completely Free
Volibear's rework has officially launched on the PBE server and has left the entire League of Legends community in awe with its incredibly appealing skill set.
Just a few moments ago, Riot Games held a stream to unveil the reworked champion Volibear on the PBE server, showcasing his new skills and appearance to the gaming community in full detail, and at the same time bringing many surprises:

Overview of Volibear’s new skills:
Passive: Volibear’s basic attacks stack charges, when fully charged, the attack is empowered and deals lightning damage to nearby enemies (similar to the Electric Blade)
Q – Volibear runs on all fours, increasing approach speed and the next attack will stun the enemy (instead of knocking them back like the old version)
W: First hit – Volibear’s attack will mark the enemy; Second hit – When Volibear continues to attack the marked enemy, he will heal and place a new mark on the enemy
E: Summons a thunderstorm that deals damage to enemies within its area, if Volibear stands in the storm, he will receive a shield
R: Volibear leaps to a designated area, dealing area damage, even damaging towers and disabling tower shots for a short duration. Afterward, he gains significant boosts to all stats
Volibear’s rework has appeared on ARAM and is the cause of the crack on the bridge across the Howling Abyss
