Starting with the creativity of The Shy, Kalista in the top lane quickly became a hot trend in most servers and was also brought into professional League of Legends matches. With her inherent mobility and incredible lane dominance, Kalista has truly been a nightmare for melee champions. Due to this overwhelming power, in the upcoming patch 10.8, this champion will be heavily nerfed by Riot Games on her E – Rend, the most dominant lane bullying tool of Kalista. Patch 10.8 details:
Champion Changes
Aphelios
The passive no longer grants armor penetration; instead, it will increase 2/4/6/8/10/12 Attack Damage.
The Q ability in weapon forms will now have damage and cooldown interactions that change from levels 1-9 to levels 1-13.
Calibrum: The bonus AD scaling changes from 0.6 at all levels to 0.42-0.6 (from levels 1-13).
Severum: The bonus AD scaling changes from 0.3 to 0.21-0.3 (from levels 1-13).
Crescendum: The bonus AD scaling changes from 0.35 to 0.26-0.35 (from levels 1-13).
Flamechompers: The bonus AD scaling changes from 0.8 to 0.56-0.8 (from levels 1-13).
Gravitum: The bonus AD scaling changes from 0.5 to 0.35-0.5 (from levels 1-13).

Ashe
Q – Ranger’s Focus: Bonus attack speed increased from 20/25/30/35/40% to 20/30/40/50/60%.
Evelynn
Q – Hate Spike: Base damage increased from 25/30/35/40/45 (75/90/105/120/135 maximum damage) to 30/35/40/45/50 (90/105/120/135/150 maximum damage).
Kalista
Base armor reduced from 23 to 21.
E – Rend: Slow percentage reduced from 25/30/35/40/45% to 10/18/26/34/42%.

Master Yi
R – Highlander: Bonus attack speed reduced from 30/55/80% to 25/45/65%.
Orianna
W – Command: Dissonance: Slow/accelerate ratio increased from 20/25/30/35/40% to 30/35/40/45/50% movement speed.
E – Command: Protect: AP ratio increased from 0.4 to 0.5.
Ryze
Base health increased from 570.48 to 575.
Base armor increased from 21.552 to 22.
Base damage increased from 55.04 to 56.
Q – Overload: Bonus movement speed from consuming 2 Runic Charges increased from 20/25/30/35/40% to 28/32/36/40/44%.

Senna
The rate of soul appearance on minions not killed by Senna reduced from 25% to 22%.
Sett
Base damage of W – Haymaker reduced from 90/120/150/180/210 to 80/105/130/155/180.

Soraka
Base mana increased from 375 to 425.
Q – Starcall: Mana cost reduced from 60/65/70/75/80 to 45/50/55/60/65.
Tristana
E – Explosive Charge: Bonus AD scaling increased from 50/70/90/110/130% to 50/75/100/125/150%.
Urgot
R – Fear Beyond Death: Cooldown reduced from 120/95/70s to 100/85/70s.

Varus
R – Chain of Corruption cooldown increased from 110/90/70s to 130/100/70s.
Xayah
Damage reduction with each additional Feather hitting an enemy decreased from 10% to 5%.
Gold Mechanism Changes
Unique passive: Bounty Hunter
Activation condition changes from: Gold earned from minions being more than 50% of your total gold earned from monsters to only 40% of your total gold earned from monsters.
The removal time of this debuff will increase from 14 minutes to 20 minutes.

Other Changes
If killed too early, your champion will receive a mini Guardian effect that reduces the return time to lane by 2.5s.
From levels 1-6, you will receive an additional 20% experience from solo kills, which decreases to 10% at levels 7-8.
Jungle monster camps: Experience gain from level 9 onward increased from 1.25 times to 1.35 times.
Jungle items have a new effect: Healing will increase by 50% when the champion is below 30% health.
