As experts perceive T1’s successful defense of their domestic championship as a given, everyone understands just how dominant this team is in the LCK arena.
Defeating Gen.G Esports – the team holding the top position in the LCK Spring 2020 standings, Faker and his teammates continue to uphold their supremacy in the Korean League of Legends.

Naturally, with each title that T1 achieves, record-breaking statistics are sequentially surpassed by their players. After this Spring 2020 championship, both Canna, Cuzz, Teddy, and Faker have etched their names in history with their own individual records:
– After claiming the LCK Spring 2020 championship, Canna has become the next player to achieve the feat of “winning a regional tournament in their first professional season.” Alongside Canna, Cuzz is the second member of T1 to hold this title, having won with LongZhu Gaming against SKT (now T1) in the 2017 LCK Summer Finals.

– Teddy has become the third Marksman player in history to win the LCK three times, with the previous names being Bang (4 championships) and PraY (3 championships).
– Teddy is also the second Marksman in Korean League of Legends history after Bang (who won LCK Spring 2015, LCK Summer 2015, and LCK Spring 2016) to win the regional tournament three times in a row: LCK Spring 2019, LCK Summer 2019, and LCK Spring 2020.
– Similar to Teddy, with the championship alongside T1, Cuzz has become the third Jungle player in history to win the LCK three times: LongZhu Gaming/KingZone DragonX (LCK Summer 2017 and LCK Spring 2018), T1 (LCK Spring 2020), with only Peanut and T1’s legendary Jungle player – Bengi ahead of him in achievements.

– For Effort, this also marks the third consecutive time he has been part of the LCK championship team; however, if we count only the tournaments where Effort played as a starter, he has only two championships to his name. Nevertheless, this is an incredible achievement for a young player, and as the “future backbone” of T1, the number of titles Effort accumulates will undoubtedly increase further.
– As for Faker, this player holds two exceptionally interesting records in Korean League of Legends: the youngest player to ever win the LCK at age 17 (LCK Summer 2013) and the oldest player to win this title, after claiming victory at LCK Spring 2020 at age 24.

– And of course, one record of the “cup counting” nature that we cannot overlook: With the LCK Spring 2020 championship, Faker has added his ninth Korean League of Legends championship to his prestigious record. He also boasts an incredibly impressive win rate in LCK Finals: participating in 10 finals and only losing once.
Notably, the number of championships Faker has won accounts for… nearly half of the total number of seasons that the LCK has held. In total, Faker has claimed 9 out of 19 LCK trophies since this tournament’s inception in Spring 2012.
