Caps Sets an Unbelievable Record at LEC
In the history of League of Legends, when considering the number of titles dominating both domestic and international tournaments, many fans would immediately think of Faker – the legend of the LoL scene and the only player universally recognized as the G.O.A.T in his field, a title no one dares to dispute. Recently, Caps led G2 to victory at the LEC Summer 2024 after defeating Fnatic in the grand final. This result was not unexpected for many. In reality, the level of competition in the LCK is certainly higher, and T1 is not an invincible team like G2 in European LoL. Furthermore, the operational scale of the LCK is vast, and in the past, it has produced many quality players each year. Therefore, when it comes to the number of domestic titles, Caps has more than Faker. But that doesn’t mean T1’s Mid Laner is lacking.
Additionally, Caps is also a long-time rival of Faker on the international stage. Therefore, whenever T1 and G2 face off, it always brings a lot of excitement to the audience.
