Aside from exceptions like Faker or Uzi, most other professional League of Legends players, no matter how successful their careers, have to struggle to find a new career path after retirement (Faker hasn’t retired yet, but it’s certain that his name will remain hot for a long time even after leaving the professional arena).
For stars who choose to continue pursuing the gaming industry, the most common path is transitioning from professional player to streamer. They must tirelessly “create content” like everyone else to maintain their appeal and reputation. Crown – the former 2017 World Champion in the Samsung Galaxy jersey – is no exception.

Recently, it seems that this former top LCK mid-laner has found a new direction for his “content” when he set himself a “challenge” to test his own “map awareness” skills.
Crown will play League of Legends while simultaneously watching streams of incredibly attractive girls on live streaming platforms. The challenge set is that he must maintain his focus during the game, despite experiencing distracting content that he himself turns on.
So instead of just focusing on the mini-map like in his competitive days, now Crown has to play the game while watching hot girl streams, constantly tabbing back and forth while still taking on the responsibility of “carrying the team”. However, for a star who once became a world champion and was compared to Faker at the peak of both their careers, this challenge seems to be no big deal for Crown.
Thanks to this “content”, Crown’s streaming channel has recently seen a relatively high number of viewers compared to a year ago. However, sadly, most of the audience seems more focused on asking for information about the hot girls appearing on his live stream rather than paying attention to the showcase of this former superstar’s skills.
Many fans have even criticized Crown for constantly tabbing between the game and the hot girl streams, claiming it hurts their eyes, and suggested that Crown should stop playing games altogether and just enjoy the beauty with his fans instead.

Of course, there are also quite a few negative comments aimed at Crown, as some people believe he has resorted to using “cheap content” to gain views because he is past his prime. Nevertheless, as mentioned earlier, it is unavoidable for retired players to struggle to find new paths for their careers, so Crown’s choice isn’t particularly surprising.
