This activity not only helps them improve their skills by competing against players from top regions around the world but also provides an opportunity for Vietnamese players to meet, interact, and “collide” with their idols.
From the legendary icons of League of Legends like Faker to top stars like Doinb, TheShy, ShowMaker, and even SofM, all gather in this server cluster, renowned as the toughest in the world. Meeting idols is an everyday story for Vietnamese players who diligently climb the Korean ranks, but not everyone is as lucky as Divkid, who recently had the opportunity to chat with Teddy – the star he admires.
Specifically, Divkid recently shared the “happy story of a fanboy” during his Korean rank climb. In his latest match, Divkid teamed up with Teddy – the ADC of T1. Since both chose the ADC position, but the matchmaking system assigned Divkid to that role, Teddy had to go jungle instead.
Divkid and Teddy’s team seemed to have an advantage over their opponents, but it appears that T1’s ADC made a mistake, leading to their defeat. Right after the match, Teddy unexpectedly messaged Divkid to apologize. It’s needless to say how happy FL’s ADC felt, and he quickly reacted to express his admiration for Teddy.
Teddy: Sorry! My fault…
Divkid: I’m a big fan of yours.

Teddy: Thank you!
Divkid: I’ve met you before.
Teddy: Oh! Really?
Divkid: For sure. During Rift Rivals 2019. I even have a photo with you. Hehe.

After the story was shared, many of Divkid’s fans expressed their delight at the exchange between the two stars. Teddy had previously visited Vietnam with SKT (T1) for MSI 2019 and had shown a particular fondness for our country, especially regarding… cuisine, but at that time Divkid did not have the chance to interact with his idol.
