The Power of Cassiopeia in TFT Season 13
As of now, the meta of TFT Season 13 is leaning heavily towards building a sturdy frontline to enable continuous damage from carry champions. Notably, key thresholds like 6 Brawlers, Vanguard, or Syndicate are frequently seen in ranked matches. This requires players to focus on carries that can deal sustained damage over time to secure victories. Among the 3-cost spell-casting carries, Cassiopeia proves to be a champion that fits this meta requirement perfectly in TFT Season 13.

Essentially, Cassiopeia has a maximum mana of 40 (30 when holding Blue Buff), allowing her to cast spells continuously when fully equipped. Moreover, her AP (Ability Power) stacks with each cast thanks to the effects of the Dominance trait. Additionally, with every third cast, Cassiopeia’s poison attacks two nearby enemies, enabling players to quickly eliminate tanky units. If arranged properly, she can even take down key backline units of the opponent.
Building the Cassiopeia – Dominance Composition in TFT Season 13
In the early game, players should start with affordable yet quality Mystic units like Morgana and Vex. They provide significant damage while effectively holding items for later carries. For the frontline, players should flexibly use either Vanguard or Syndicate based on the match situation while upgrading 1-cost units like Irelia or Darius to 2 stars.

After reaching level 7, players should stop purchasing experience and shift to a slow roll strategy to search for and upgrade Cassiopeia and Blitzcrank. At this stage, Vladimir should be prioritized alongside the 2 Syndicate trait to activate the 3 Black Rose effect with Morgana and Cassiopeia. Essentially, Sion is a very strong unit as it offers good crowd control while slightly increasing Cassiopeia’s damage output.

Once Cassiopeia and Blitzcrank have been upgraded to 3 stars, players need to accelerate experience buying to aim for level 9. At that point, units like Mordekaiser and Silco will provide excellent additions. They will activate the 4 Dominance trait, significantly enhancing Cassiopeia’s AP stacking capability. Additionally, Garen is also a suitable addition in the late game to increase frontline durability.

Some Tips for Building the Composition
Cassiopeia is a unit that heavily relies on Blue Buff, so players should pay attention to collect as many Tear of the Goddess from the shared selection rounds as possible. Additionally, any augmentations that increase AP or mana are suitable for this champion. For the Augment Technology, upgrades that grant the Black Rose Emblem or Dominance Emblem are very valuable. Furthermore, players should also focus on obtaining upgrades that reduce the enemy’s defensive stats to help Cassiopeia deal damage more effectively.
