Chovy is both a problem and a solution for Gen.G
Perhaps, if it were in the past, Gen.G’s struggle to overcome BRO would have created a shockwave throughout the League of Legends community, not just in the LCK. However, in the current season, no one can imagine what Gen.G will showcase. But clearly, there is a significant instability existing within the “king of the LCK.” In this context, Chovy is both a solution and a “tough problem” for Gen.G.

In the match against BRO, Chovy showcased his strong “carrying” ability just as he often does in the domestic arena. This is undoubtedly a good thing, but historically, there has been a constant emphasis on the need for Gen.G to learn how to win even when Chovy is not performing well.

However, after the match with BRO and even the previous wins and losses of Gen.G, there is a harsh reality that: Gen.G must accept playing around Chovy, and the other players must perform at their best around this Mid Lane star. Because, more than ever, the stable superstars of Gen.G like Kiin, Ruler, or Duro have also shown instability. In the recent match against BRO, Kiin frequently made mistakes, putting Gen.G in a difficult position.
The only problem is that even Chovy cannot guarantee that he will always perform at his best. And many of Gen.G’s failures over the past few years have occurred when Chovy himself also lost his form.

Gen.G’s Problem is Also Chovy’s Pressure
With what has been demonstrated, Gen.G currently has two issues: teammates must perform at their best, and Chovy must maintain his best condition possible. This is the greatest pressure on Chovy, and also a challenge for his teammates, if they still wish to compete for the highest titles.
