For the majority of League of Legends players, Yasuo is one of the most hated champions in the Summoner’s Rift, alongside the pesky Teemo. However, for a significant portion of other gamers, Yasuo represents perfection, showcasing the pinnacle of individual skill that a League of Legends player can aspire to.

When it comes to love or hate, there are countless differing opinions, but one undeniable fact is that Yasuo has become an immortal symbol of League of Legends, to the extent that just mentioning the name of this champion will make even “outsiders” recognize the game being referenced.
The person who played a significant role in bringing Yasuo to the Summoner’s Rift is CertainlyT – a key member of the champion design team at Riot. And if you want a reason to “harbor resentment” towards this affable-faced man, let me tell you, he is also the creator of two of the most “quirky” champions in League of Legends: Zoe and Aphelios.

Recently, CertainlyT teamed up with Blaustoise – a senior staff member at Riot Games, to announce plans for a community tournament called the Last Breath Invitational – “The Last Breath Invitation”, aimed at finding the number one Yasuo player in North America.
What’s more, the winner of the Best Yasuo title will receive a prize of 1000 USD (approximately 23 million VND), and all of this funding is coming directly from CertainlyT’s pocket. It seems that the creator of Yasuo is very eager and excited to find out who the League of Legends player can truly “unlock” the full potential of his beloved creation, allowing it to shine brilliantly on the Summoner’s Rift.

Naturally, as a community tournament, it would be incomplete without the most famous names from the North American League of Legends community, especially Yasuo mains like Yassuo and Voyboy. Both of these popular streamers have confirmed their participation in the tournament to find the true player of “Best Yasuo Mastery 7 15 minutes surrender”.
Additionally, Blaustoise emphasized that this tournament is organized by Riot staff themselves and is not an official Riot event. Nevertheless, with the allure of Yasuo, the “Last Breath Invitation” event is still attracting significant attention from the North American League of Legends community, even though the tournament rules have yet to be announced.
Unfortunately, this tournament is limited to the North American region; otherwise, the Yasuo Mastery 7 talents from Vietnam would have had a chance to compete, and perhaps even gain worldwide fame.
