In Teamfight Tactics, many players prefer champions with area damage capabilities like Brand, Malphite,… However, there are still those who favor champions that can “carry the team extremely well” like Olaf, Ashe, Master Yi,… Especially with champions that can vaporize enemy pieces with just one skill, providing an incredibly satisfying experience for players.
Here’s a list of champions that can knock enemy pieces off the board with just one hit:
Veigar

With his powerful passive that increases damage up to 19999 to targets lower star than him, Veigar can “magic” disappear targets in the blink of an eye.
Even if the target is not lower star, Veigar can still boost his power with his Shadow passive, increasing damage from 65% to 150% when activating 3 or 6 Shadows. With just a few items, Veigar can easily take down champions with 1500 – 3000 health at 2 or 3 stars.
That power will be further doubled if Veigar activates the Sorcerer passive, allowing him to take down 1-2 targets immediately when entering the round, bringing a numerical advantage and securing an easy victory.
Kindred

Kindred is one of the champions loved by many for its versatility in Systems and Tribes. For a Kindred 1-hit build, we will primarily use Shadows.
Since Kindred is one of the champions that requires the least energy in Teamfight Tactics, just one item, the Archangel’s Staff, allows for continuous skill spamming. Especially, Kindred’s skill also creates a Deep Wound effect, making it very difficult for champions with strong healing to counter Kindred. The other two items to maximize damage will be Infinity Edge + Guardian’s Glove, this combo allows Kindred to deal an average of 1000 damage per critical skill every 2 seconds.
Ezreal

Similar to Kindred, Ezreal also has a very low energy cost to comfortably spam skills in-game. Basically, the 3 items are almost identical to Kindred’s, although it does not increase damage as much as Kindred’s Shadows, Ezreal still compensates with the Glacial trait and high base skill damage (250, 450, and 900).
With this playstyle, Ezreal can easily secure a kill with a single Q, what Ezreal needs is a stable frontline to buy time for him to use Q. Especially if Water is activated, Ezreal will be able to spam skills even faster.
Aatrox

Still using the same familiar 3 items: Archangel’s Staff, Guardian’s Glove, and Infinity Edge, but with Aatrox, the damage can far exceed other champions due to his very high base damage (300, 600, and 1200), and this is also an area skill making Aatrox incredibly powerful compared to other champions.
With the above composition, Aatrox will be guaranteed survivability with a series of buffs from 4 Mystics, health recovery from 6 Lights, shield buff from Karma, and health recovery from Janna. At the same time, the attack speed from Lights and the Duelist passive also provide Aatrox with enough energy to continuously use skills despite costing 70 energy.
Kha’Zix

With 6 Assassins + Infinity Edge activated, each critical hit from Kha’Zix will be a kill and heal a significant amount of health thanks to Bloodthirster.
As for the composition, Malphite will be the main effect dealer, while activating Earth with Qiyana (creating massive shield for a random champion) and activating protection with Taric to absorb damage. Renekton will activate Sand to allow Kha’Zix to deal high damage. After that, Taric will serve as the main tank, buying time for Kha’Zix to unleash damage. If it remains too dangerous, to prioritize damage from Kha’Zix, you can replace Infinity Edge with Guardian Angel.
Lux

The final champion on the list is Lux, with extremely high base skill damage (550, 900, and 99999) allowing Lux to wipe out half the board instantly when entering combat within 1 to 2 seconds.
With 80 energy to activate her skill, the ideal items for Lux will be Archangel’s Staff, Shojin’s Spear, and one damage-increasing item like Rabadon’s Deathcap, Guardian’s Glove, Luden’s Echo,… Additionally, the strongest activations for Lux to one-hit opponents will be Shadows and Fire.
