Not long ago, Riot Meddler – the director of League of Legends, commented on Reddit about boosting Nasus’s power, with the design team’s idea being to enhance the interaction between Q – Siphoning Strike and other abilities. However, Riot Meddler also mentioned that this remains just an idea and they are experimenting with various other methods to buff this dog god.

However, the essence of Nasus remains as an “AFK farmer” for Q stacks, and if Riot Games suddenly increases this champion’s mobility or crowd control, he would become extremely unbalanced. Perhaps their decision remains loyal to the initial idea, that the more Nasus farms, the stronger the other abilities become.

In the latest update on the PBE server, “Susan 0175” will have the E – Aging and R – Fury of the Sands abilities receive this effect. Additionally, Galio will also officially receive a buff to his ultimate ability, Hero’s Entrance, specifically:
Galio
R – Hero’s Entrance
New: Will now grant allies in the landing zone of Galio a shield against magic damage from the W – Durand’s Shield for 5 seconds.

This change is likely to significantly increase Galio’s power in both the mid lane and Support role, as it helps your team to fight and sustain longer in the mid-game, when magic damage is strong. However, for Galio to become meta, this level of buff is not enough; our Colossal Guardian does not lane as strongly as Nautilus or Leona, making it quite difficult to survive in the Support position. Galio mid is too situational and not as popular as before.

Nasus
W – Aging: The range will increase by 10 for every 35 stacks of Q – Siphoning Strike, up to a maximum of 200 range increase.

R – Fury of the Sands: Nasus’s size while in ultimate form will increase by 5% for every 100 stacks of Q – Siphoning Strike.

Although the maximum range of Aging will be 800, in reality, farming 700 stacks of Q is quite a long journey; usually, you’ll have 350-500 stacks, which is equivalent to an additional 100-150 range. This is an extremely impressive figure as it exceeds the attack range of most Marksmen, the targets you often aim for, and can easily turn that target into a “cripple” within 5 seconds. If this update comes to fruition, it will be a huge buff for Nasus.

Regarding the ultimate, being a bit larger will help your “Susan 0175” dominate the enemy’s morale primarily; who wouldn’t be scared of a gigantic Nasus charging towards them? Despite the buffs, the essence of Nasus seems unlikely to change; he remains too easy to kite and heavily relies on movement speed to deal damage.
