With a decent early game and a terrifying late game thanks to Aurelion Sol, the Rebel composition is considered the strongest team comp in Teamfight Tactics season 3. The frightening aspect of this composition is that it can effectively utilize almost all strong units aside from the Rebel units. With its ability to adapt from the “mercenary” lineup, countering or defeating these resistant units becomes extremely challenging.

Therefore, in patch 10.7, Riot Games has taken action to nerf both the main carries of this composition and the “mercenary” units that Rebels can utilize well. It seems the developers of Teamfight Tactics do not want to see their game revolving around just a few overwhelmingly strong compositions as it currently stands. Specific details of patch 10.7 are as follows:

The appearance rate of champions from 1-5 gold at level 8 has changed from 13/20/35/25/7% to 14/20/35/25/6%.
The new item combination rule will prioritize the current items of champions on the field over items of champions in the bench.
The additional time for the recruiting phase has been removed.
Traits – Classes
Duelist
The activation rate of the effect at 6 champions has increased from 55% to 60%.

Bruiser
Additional health at 4 champions has decreased from 750 to 700.
Chrono
Additional attack speed every 4 seconds at 6 champions has increased from 65% to 75%.
Dark Star Rework
When a Dark Star unit dies, all remaining Dark Star allies receive:
(3) +25 AD and AP.
(6) +35 AD and AP.

Trickster Rework
Removed the 4 champion combo; the 2 champion combo: Trickster attacks increase the target’s energy cost for the next skill by 40%.
Mystic
Additional magic resistance changed from 30/120 to 35/105.
Marksman
Additional damage per distance unit has increased from 12% to 15%.
1-Cost Champions
Caitlyn
The casting time of the skill has decreased from 1.5s to 1.1s. Caitlyn will now return to auto-attacking faster after using her skill.

Xayah
Attack speed increases from 0.75 to 0.8.
Ziggs
Maximum energy increases from 40 to 45.

Zoe
Starting and maximum energy changed from 90/120 to 70/100.
Skill damage changed from 150/225/300 to 150/225/400.

Base health increases from 650 to 750.
Xin Zhao
Skill damage increases from 150/225/350 to 200/275/375. Maximum energy increases from 50 to 60.

Starting and maximum energy changed from 60/120 to 50/125.
Skill damage decreased from 250/350/700 to 200/300/600.
Kassadin
Maximum energy decreased from 100 to 80.

Shaco
Critical damage from the skill at 3-star level decreased from 450% to 400%.

Healing from the skill increases from 300/450/2000 to 350/500/2000. Maximum energy decreases from 150 to 125.
Vel’Koz
Maximum energy decreases from 80 to 70.

Wukong
Base health increases from 850 to 950.

Aurelion Sol
Skill damage decreases from 120/175/750 to 100/150/750.
Targets attacked by Aurelion Sol will change from randomly selecting among the strongest units of the enemy team to a completely random selection.

Skill damage decreases from 250/450/2000 to 225/400/2000.
Gangplank
Starting and maximum energy increases from 50/150 to 75/175.
Skill damage decreases from 650/850/9001 to 450/600/9001.

Lulu
Attack speed decreases from 0.85 to 0.8.
Miss Fortune
Attack speed decreases from 1.1 to 1.0.
Starting and maximum energy increases from 50/150 to 75/175.
