Loyalty is always a highly valued quality in any sport, and CS:GO is no exception. Let’s take a look at some players who have had the longest continuous ties with a team!
1/ EliGE – Team Liquid: March 2015 to present
EliGE began his professional CS:GO career in 2014 with SapphireKelownaDotCom, and then in January 2015, he moved to eLevate. However, just two months later, he transferred to Team Liquid and has been with the organization ever since.
From the very beginning of his journey in professional CS:GO, EliGE has been regarded as one of the brightest talents in the region, with exceptional aiming skills and always being a solid and stable support in any situation. However, some of his former teammates pointed out that he had some psychological issues, often withdrawing and not sharing with his teammates. Since joining Team Liquid and being mentored by veterans like adreN, Hiko, and coaches zews, peacemaker, and steel, he has truly matured and become one of the brightest stars in the NA CS scene. Together with his teammates, he has helped make Team Liquid the most successful team in North American CS history and a force in the global CS scene, with a series of prestigious championships: IEM Chicago 2019, ESL One: Cologne 2019, ESL Pro League Season 9 Final, DreamHack Masters Dallas 2019, and the highly coveted Intel Grand Slam Season 2 with a prize pool of $1,000,000.

Currently, EliGE is just 22 years old, and his goal, along with his teammates, is undoubtedly to win the ESL One Rio Major this November.
2/ nitr0 – Team Liquid: January 2015 to present
Like his teammate EliGE, nitr0 joined Team Liquid in 2015 and has been with the organization since then. Over his five years of professional play, nitr0 has experienced countless roles within the team: from being the “star carry” to entry fragger, and in recent years, he has taken on the role of the main AWPer and IGL of the team.

nitr0 is regarded as a fairly well-rounded player, always ready to sacrifice and support the stars of the team like Stewie2k or Twistzz to shine. In recent months, both his form and that of Team Liquid have declined slightly, prompting him to relinquish the IGL position to Stewie2k so he can focus more on his game, and hopefully with these changes, Team Liquid will reclaim their throne in North America and compete with European teams.
3/ Flamie – Na`vi: March 2015 to present
Flamie is currently the longest-standing player in Na`vi’s lineup, with 1,874 days and still counting. He joined Na`vi in March 2015 as a stand-in and delivered impressive performances, leading to his official signing with the Yellow-Black team just a month later. Previously, Flamie and S1mple were the two star names tasked with carrying the team, but since Electronic joined in June 2017, he has returned to the role of the second AWPer for the team.

Flamie is known for being an inconsistent player, sometimes underperforming in tournaments and not contributing much to the team. However, there are also tournaments (especially at Majors) where he performs explosively and is a key factor in Na`vi’s success at IEM Katowice 2020 this past February. With a young lineup under the guidance of coach B1ad3, we hope that Flamie and his teammates will continue to achieve titles in the future, especially a Major championship.
4/ ChrisJ – Mousesports: November 2013 to present
ChrisJ is perhaps one of the most loyal players to an organization, having been with Mousesports since October 2013. During this time, he has been benched twice but returned to play just a month after each time. ChrisJ is the second AWPer in Mousesports and always plays very calmly and surely, famous for his clutch plays.
Other names: JW – KRIMZ and f0rest – GeT_RiGhT
JW and KRIMZ are both players who have been with Fnatic for a long time (JW joined the team in August 2013, while KRIMZ in June 2014). However, both players had a brief two-month stint with Godsent before returning to play for Fnatic since then. Since Golden’s return in September last year and the addition of young talent Brollan, Fnatic has truly returned to the professional world stage with prestigious championships. In February 2019, Fnatic announced that this duo would stay with the team for at least another three years.

Similar to JW and KRIMZ, the duo of f0rest and GeT_RiGhT are also veteran players who have been with NiP since 2012 until recently. GeT_RiGhT officially left NiP at the end of September last year, while f0rest also departed earlier this year, and both joined their former teammates like friberg and Xizt at Dignitas.
