In the current meta, there are many powerful compositions that can either secure you a top 1 or… a top 8 due to overlapping champions with other players. To avoid competing for each champion with multiple opponents, you can leverage some lesser-known yet still quite strong compositions to safely reach the top 4.
Here are some powerful yet underused compositions in the current meta:
Time Warp Vayne

Regarding the strength of this composition, Vayne will serve as the primary carry with a mix of armor penetration and true damage from her items, plus the attack speed from 6 Time Warp champions makes Vayne feel like she has a fourth item, the Guinsoo’s Rageblade. The three secondary carry champions will be Lucian, who burns multiple targets with Red Buff, Ekko, who deals damage and slows the enemy team’s carry, and finally Thresh with Blue Buff, who pulls quality champions like Urgot, Fizz, or Vi and Blitzcrank.
Hybrid Composition with Master Yi + Yasuo as Main Carries

In the early game, you should save gold and roll with interest at level 7. At this point, the composition will include Shen, Malphite, Master Yi, Yasuo, Karma, Soraka, and Blitzcrank to maintain health. Roll with interest to try to reach 3 stars with 3 Duelists (or you can level up to 8 when you have a 3-star Master Yi). After reaching level 8, you can replace Soraka with Lulu and add Ashe to activate Cosmic. In the late game, you can add Jhin (if you have him at 2 stars) or some game-changers like Urgot or Thresh.
Pilot Spy

In this composition, you can start with a few strategies like Ziggs Rebel + Blue Buff to secure a winning streak and gain early interest. You can also use Zed + Nocturne along with Rebel Brawlers like Malphite and Blitzcrank to maintain health. The only main carry will be Zed (who needs to be rolled to 3 stars) with three items: Infinity Edge, Rapid Firecannon, and Guardian Angel. It’s advisable to roll at level 7 and use the composition shown in the image, except for Ziggs.
The priority order for items will be Zed, Garen (Pilot), and finally Viktor.
Dark Shooter

Regarding the strength of this composition, it is essentially no different from previous updates. Jhin and Xerath remain the two main carries with physical and magical damage sources. However, with Thresh in the composition at level 8, you can still leverage the power of the new, extremely dangerous champion Urgot sitting on the bench. When Thresh pulls him down, Urgot only needs to fire a few shots to gain enough energy to use his skill without needing any items.
