After 2 weeks of competition, the JBL CS:GO Championship has reached the final match between Revolution and DivisionX Gaming, which took place live on June 21, 2020, at Vikings Esports Arena, No. 10 Tran Phu, Ha Dong, Hanoi. This was the first major LAN event of 2020 for the Vietnamese CS:GO community and was sponsored by the JBL brand, drawing a large audience to attend the offline viewing of the final match.

Before the final match, hundreds of fans arrived early to experience JBL’s new headphones and speakers, as well as participate in mini-games related to the CS:GO title organized by the event organizers. Even the players from DivisionX Gaming and Revolution enthusiastically joined in to have fun with the fans.

Player Huyz from DivisionX Gaming enthusiastically “took off his uniform”, went on stage to interact in the mini-game “blindfolded knife chopping” with the audience and experienced the authentic sound from JBL Quantum 400 gaming headphones.
Entering the final match, DivisionX Gaming and Revolution had a very comfortable map ban-pick phase, as both teams picked their strongest maps: Overpass and Train. Thanks to that, the audience at Vikings Esports Arena witnessed the highlights of both teams, exchanging blows with many beautiful highlights. Each team won 16-10 on their respective picked maps, leading the match to the decisive Mirage map. At this point, the young faces of DivisionX began to show signs of fatigue after the first two maps, and Revolution’s level started to shine, crushing their opponent with a score of 16-3, officially claiming the championship.
After the final match concluded, representatives from JBL also presented awards to the top 4 teams of the tournament:
● Champion – Revolution: 25,000,000 VND, 4 JBL Quantum 400 headphones and 1 JBL Quantum ONE headphone
● Runner-up – DivisionX Gaming: 15,000,000 VND, 5 JBL Quantum 400 headphones
● Third Place – Clutch or Kick: 8,000,000 VND, 5 JBL Quantum 100 headphones
● Third Place – 1820 HT: 8,000,000 VND, 5 JBL Quantum 100 headphones

In a post-match interview, Revolution’s captain Rambutan stated:
“This victory is amazing for me. The road to the championship title in this tournament for Revolution was truly full of challenges. We went through an extremely tough time due to the Covid-19 pandemic, with no LAN tournaments and no practice sessions together. The instability of the team has been evident, losing in the opening match and facing the strongest opponents in the CS:GO community one after another.
Even in the final match, the audience still viewed us as the favorites against DivisionX Gaming, but that wasn’t necessarily the right assessment at this moment. DivisionX had a very dedicated training period, even during the pandemic break, so I encouraged my teammates to play their best, regardless of the outcome. In the end, Revolution emerged victorious, but I believe the result is mainly due to our greater mental fortitude and composure compared to DivisionX.
I would also like to express my gratitude to the sponsor JBL and 500Bros for organizing such an exciting tournament for us to participate in after a long break.”

It has been a long time since the Vietnamese CS:GO community has had a domestic tournament that attracted such a large audience. Hopefully, after the success of the JBL CS:GO Championship, CS:GO in Vietnam will see more large-scale and successful tournaments, especially continuing to receive attention from JBL – a brand that is making strides in the gaming headphones and speakers market with high-quality products that provide excellent experiences for gamers.
