Wukong
Unlike the original League of Legends, Wukong in Teamfight Tactics is not overpowered at all and is only classified as a “unit to include for effects.” Wukong’s weakness is his high energy cost for using skills, priced at 4 gold, while not dealing any significant damage. As a natural consequence, players often overlook this champion in the mid-game and only buy Wukong when they need to activate additional effects from Chrono and Vanguard.

For this reason, Wukong’s utility value is often very low. Even if you manage to get this unit to 1 star early in the game, it will be very difficult to upgrade him to 2 stars, as you won’t be able to withstand the damage from your opponents. In summary, you shouldn’t use the “Monkey King” as a frontline defensive unit; only consider buying this champion if you have excess space in your lineup or want to activate additional traits.
Teemo
In essence, Teemo is not weak; if anything, he is extremely strong with his high skill damage. However, the requirement to have 4 Sharpshooters and 3 Astronauts to maximize this unit’s strength means that Teemo is currently struggling to find a place in the meta. Players tend to favor the Mystic trait much more when building a Sharpshooter lineup with Jhin instead of taking the risk with Astronaut units.

Furthermore, the build path for Teemo is completely different from that of other Sharpshooters, which makes players hesitant to use this unit. Items like the Sorcerer’s Hat and Blue Buff are only suitable for Teemo in a Sharpshooter team; you cannot give them to Vayne or Caitlyn temporarily as they have no effect. Not to mention the gamble involved in acquiring Teemo, who costs 4 gold and is not easy to find.
Urgot
It seems that the nerf in patch 10.14 was too severe, causing Urgot to drop dramatically in power and become the weakest 5-cost champion at the moment. Although the update to the Dreadnought ability being able to be blocked makes sense, the fact that Riot reduced this unit’s attack range to only 420 (equivalent to 2 tiles) has significantly decreased his safety.

Keep in mind that the Dreadnought ability now only selects the furthest unit within Urgot’s attack range; with a range of 2 tiles, he can only target the enemy’s front line, while the main damage dealers remain unharmed. Furthermore, the longer cast time at early levels means that Urgot is more frequently taken down before he can eliminate an enemy. As a result, Urgot is becoming increasingly neglected, and hopefully, Riot will find a way to redeem this unit.
