For professional League of Legends players, achieving a Pentakill during a match is an incredibly exciting and proud experience, especially in important games. As of now, SofM and Optimus are even two names on the list of the top 5 players with the most unique Pentakills in the professional League of Legends arena.

More specifically about this record, the five players SofM, Optimus, BeBe, Zz1tai, and Caps achieved Pentakills while playing off-role:
During his days competing under the GIGABYTE Full Louis banner, SofM was one of the standout players in the VCS, as even when playing as a Marksman or Jungler, SofM remained a top competitor in the tournament.
Similar to SofM, Optimus also secured a Pentakill in the Marksman role, even though this was not his primary position. It can be seen that during the Boba Marines lineup at that time, Optimus was one of the top players in Southeast Asia. Currently, fans affectionately refer to him as “Cường Kim Cương” (Diamond Cuong).
As for BeBe, he achieved an impressive Pentakill using Ezreal in the mid lane against a Vietnamese representative, Saigon Fantastic Five, in 2013. However, his shift to the mid lane with his favorite champion Ezreal made BeBe’s Pentakill somewhat less remarkable compared to the others on the list.
For Caps, he secured a Pentakill as a Marksman for G2 Esports. Although Caps’ Ezreal was impressive, it didn’t garner as much discussion as BeBe’s due to the LEC being a “one-team” tournament at that time.
The final name on this list is SofM’s former teammate – Zz1tai, who achieved a Pentakill while using Darius in the bot lane.
