“I have sued about 20 to 30 people. And 90% of them are students. In South Korea, each lawsuit of this kind typically costs at least around 30,000 won (about 600,000 VND). But even though this amount seems quite small, these individuals either cannot afford to pay or are adamant about not wanting to pay,” shared the 2020 World Champion.
Doinb also mentioned that the penalties are too low, allowing the opposing party to find ways to “evade” and lacking any deterrent effect. Meanwhile, the impact of rumors on those involved is extremely significant.
