The PAX Twisted Fate skin, part of the PAX series, is one of the 29 rarest skins in League of Legends, alongside PAX Sivir, PAX Jax, and other skins released from the early days of the game, such as Glory skins, skins exchanged for gemstones, etc. The willingness to immediately gift this skin to players also shows that Riot is very “generous” with its community, as this is one of the skins that cannot be easily purchased with money alone.
