Mystic – Mage
In recent patches, Aphelios has been continually buffed by Riot Games and has become a relatively strong carry champion. However, the downside of this champion is its long casting time, which can sometimes waste the attack speed boost effect from the 4 Archer threshold. Therefore, when building a team around Aphelios, you should only aim for the 2 Archer threshold and include more versatile units in the battlefield to lead towards the Mystic – Mage team.

With many high-cost champions in the composition, you shouldn’t force yourself to aim for the Mystic – Mage team from the start. Play the strongest team possible, conserve gold, level up consistently, and only switch to this team comp when you have Morgana upgraded to 2 stars or acquire Aphelios early. For items, Guinsoo’s Rageblade and Death’s Sword are the items you should craft for Aphelios to ensure damage from both basic attacks and skills.

Mystic – Celestial
The fact is that the Celestial composition is becoming too popular in the current meta. Therefore, competing for key champions like Lux, Vel’Koz, or Kayle is a common occurrence. When faced with this situation, you should consider switching to the Mystic – Celestial composition to upgrade your team more quickly. Moreover, with the significant magic resistance from the Mystic system, you can counter other players pursuing Celestial compositions.

To successfully build this composition, you should acquire a strong Syndra unit early. You can even equip Syndra with damage-boosting items like the Gemstone Gauntlet, Sorcerer’s Hat… to carry the team in the mid-game. Then adding Mystic units like Ryze, Lux, Lulu… will help you withstand strong magic damage compositions. In the late game, Heimerdinger or Teemo are strong independent carries you should aim for.

Mystic – Karma
Essentially, the Mystic units of Teamfight Tactics season 5 possess excellent crowd control and team protection but lack damage over time. Therefore, some high-level players have thought of using Karma to address this weakness and balance the composition in both offensive and defensive aspects. With the excellent protection provided by the Mystic units, you can be confident that Karma will survive very well without needing the 6 Celestial threshold.

You should start building this composition with Celestial units to ensure healing and strong damage in the early game. Players can still aim for the 6 Celestial threshold as usual if they can upgrade Nidalee, Riven, or Soraka early. However, if by level 8 your composition still hasn’t upgraded to 2 stars, you should switch to the Mystic – Karma team to ensure strength in the late game.
