BLG Superstar ‘Flexes’ with a ‘Hellish’ Practice Schedule
Despite not having many roster changes, BLG remains a highly anticipated team in the LPL region. However, BLG had a terrible start to the 2025 season, suffering a comprehensive defeat in Split 1. Consequently, they failed to secure the top spot, losing to TT, and even in the playoffs, BLG could only manage a 4th place finish. Perhaps due to the high expectations, the BLG team was extremely disappointed after losing to TES, while fans did not hold back in criticizing the team.

With a team of many stars and big ambitions, the disappointing results are hard for BLG to “digest”. Therefore, they have devised a long-term plan to reclaim glory in the LPL and, further, to compete in the upcoming MSI 2025. Specifically, BLG’s star marksman – Elk, revealed in a recent stream that they have a very intense practice schedule both physically and in-game to be ready to claim titles.

“Rest assured, the disappointing performances in Split 1 will not be repeated. We are strictly adhering to a new practice schedule with 15 ranked games each day. If there are scrims, it will drop to 7 games, but the practice time remains the same. Additionally, the entire team must dedicate 2 hours to gym workouts each day to improve physical fitness. The whole team is training very seriously to win the LPL and, further, MSI” – Elk shared during a live stream.

BLG Needs to Bounce Back Quickly to ‘Rescue’ the LPL
After the First Stand 2025 tournament, TES is receiving a lot of criticism for their poor performance and being eliminated too easily. Combined with the miserable results at previous international tournaments, the trust of LPL fans in TES has likely hit rock bottom. Clearly, this region needs a new name to place their hopes on, and BLG seems to be the most trusted team right now.

However, BLG needs to quickly regain their high form to meet those expectations after a disappointing Split 1. Especially Bin’s position, as he needs to develop himself faster, moving beyond the image of a player who is only good at laning. Hopefully, the aforementioned ‘hellish’ training schedule will help BLG become stronger, “unlocking” new strengths to help LPL return and compete fairly with LCK representatives.
