One of the advantages of streamers affiliated with major organizations is that they are provided with content from professional tournaments. For instance, if you are a streamer from T1, RNG, etc., you can conduct “online casts” during live streams to commentate on matches in the professional League of Legends scene, with the permission of the organization and the broadcasting sharing principles set by the tournament organizers.
This is why T1 streamers like Wolf and LS are allowed to host match commentary alongside the LCK broadcast channel. JisooGirl, the “only” female streamer under T1, also enjoys similar privileges. However, it was during one of these commentary sessions that this female streamer found herself in hot water after a particularly “ground-breaking” moment.

Specifically, during two “commentary” sessions for T1’s matches in the LCK, including games against KT Rolster and DWG KIA, JisooGirl unexpectedly publicly cheered for T1’s opponents. In the live commentary of the T1 vs KT match, when asked by viewers: “Which team will win?”, JisooGirl bluntly replied: “I prefer the lineup of the left team (KT) more.”
Next, during the broadcast of the T1 vs DK match, JisooGirl continued to express support for T1’s adversaries. When pressed by viewers, she nonchalantly retorted: “Why should I have to cheer for T1?”

JisooGirl’s reactions have sparked an uproar, especially among T1 fans. Theoretically, no one has the right to force JisooGirl to cheer for a team she doesn’t like; however, she is part of T1’s roster, and indeed, a significant portion of her income and livestream content comes from T1’s League of Legends team.
Therefore, many opinions suggest that JisooGirl’s public support for T1’s opponents is an act of “biting the hand that feeds” or “eating the apple while sitting under the fig tree.”

– If she’s such a fan of KT, why not join their streamer team?
>>> T1 makes more money, obviously.
– Just the other day, she wore a T1 jersey advertising Nike, making a fortune from that T1 shirt, so please don’t openly insult it. Working for T1 and then publicly supporting her team’s opponents? What’s with that attitude?
– I just read on the Forum that someone defended her by saying she cheers for the weaker team to add more drama. Okay, KT can reluctantly be called weaker, so why cheer for DWG? Our team (T1) hasn’t done squat for over a year, while her “weaker team” has won 2 LCK cups, 1 World Championship cup, and gone to MSI. Okay, “weaker”.
– Since T1 changed ownership, it seems hiring practices have become much more lenient, recruiting all sorts of random people.
– She asks why she should cheer for T1, but when asked where her income comes from, she can’t answer.
– At least if you don’t like T1’s League of Legends team, just keep quiet. Trying to stand out?
