Lulu
The last time Riot Games adjusted Lulu was in patch 11.16, which resulted in a comprehensive nerf to this unit. As a result, Lulu was almost forgotten by players in the recent patches and only made a strong comeback after the 11.19 update of Teamfight Tactics. The main reason for Lulu’s return is that the Demon composition has become strong again, and this unit can significantly increase damage for the carry Tristana when she is on the field.

With the removal of the “self-destruct” mechanism from the Rocket Jump skill, Tristana has become a reliable damage source for the Demon team. Combined with Lulu’s ability to buff attack speed and control opponents, Tristana can deal damage very comfortably and secure many rounds for players. It is advisable to equip Lulu with items like Trap Claw and Zeke’s Herald to maximize her buffs for the carries.
Hecarim
In patch 11.19, the most dominant carry of the Shadow team, Draven, received a significant buff with an additional passive that bypasses 50% armor. Additionally, although Vayne was nerfed in patch 11.18b, she still proves to be a good enough carry in the meta. Therefore, the Shadow composition is extremely hot right now, leading to a powerful resurgence of Hecarim. This unit is considered the best tank that this race has in the mid-game.

To build Hecarim effectively, you should equip this unit with Thornmail and Dragon’s Claw as soon as possible. These items provide Hecarim with armor and magic resistance, allowing him to avoid critical hits and, most importantly, contribute a significant amount of damage to the composition. This is crucial because the Shadow team often has a period of damage shortage in the mid-game when players have not yet upgraded Vayne to three stars or Draven lacks sufficient items.
Sejuani
Perhaps in the Spirit team composition, Sejuani is the least noticed unit and is often replaced when players only need to hit the 4-unit threshold for sufficient damage. Essentially, this unit only provides tanking capabilities and cannot be compared to units like Lee Sin, Yasuo, or Diana in terms of damage output or versatility. However, in patch 11.19, Sejuani’s purchase rate is even higher than all the aforementioned names, even though this unit has not been adjusted at all.

The reason for this lies in the fact that the composition revolving around Yasuo has been heavily nerfed and is no longer a priority for players. Instead, a safer and more effective option, Aphelios, is being preferred as this unit can deal significant damage from a long range. At that point, players need a pure tank unit, which pairs well with Rell, like Sejuani at the front line to shield Aphelios for maximum damage output.
