Chovy (from Hanwha Life Esports to Gen.G Esports)
As one of the top mid-laners in the LCK, Chovy’s choice to join the veteran giant Gen.G has garnered significant media attention. While his individual achievements at this point may not be particularly outstanding, in terms of talent and youth, Chovy certainly has plenty to offer.
The most important thing now is to wait and see how Gen.G will utilize this ace in the upcoming year. Will Gen.G, with the “Golden Backbone” of the LCK in their hands, be able to reclaim the glory that has eluded this team for so long? The answer will likely only come when the LCK Spring Split officially kicks off soon.

Bjergsen (from Team SoloMid to Team Liquid)
For LCS fans, Søren “Bjergsen” Bjerg is a living legend of the LCS in general and TSM in particular. As the mid-laner for TSM, he has lifted the LCS trophy six times with this team. After deciding to retire, Bjergsen returned as a coach for TSM in 2021. His eight years with the same organization shows just how loyal he is to TSM. Therefore, when Bjergsen decided to join TL, this deal was nothing short of an “explosion”.
In the new season, Bjergsen will face his old team. And certainly, both his fans and TSM fans will have mixed feelings. Especially in the case where Bjergsen helps TL defeat the team he has been with throughout the peak of his career.

Rekkles (from G2 Esports to Karmine Corp)
Martin “Rekkles” Larsson is known as the “Super Marksman” of the LEC. Rekkles is not only a famous player but also a representative figure of the entire European League of Legends scene over the past few years. In addition to four domestic titles, the Swedish bot laner has reached the World Championship six times, notably making it to the finals with Fnatic in the 2018 World Championship.
In fact, his move to Karmine Corp is not necessarily a step back in his career, as this team still competes in the European regional league. Therefore, their potential to be part of the LEC in the future is entirely feasible. However, Karmine Corp certainly cannot be compared with the top teams in the LEC, and whether Rekkles’s decision is right or wrong may only be answered by time.

Uzi (joins Bilibili Gaming)
Uzi’s return can be considered one of the most significant events of the upcoming 2022 LPL season. Regarded as the number one marksman in the world and a legend of Chinese League of Legends, Uzi has returned to professional play after retiring due to health issues and contract disputes with Royal Never Give Up.

This is seen as good news for the global League of Legends community in general and the LPL community in particular. However, it is very likely that BLG will not allow Uzi to play full-time. With a player entering the twilight of his career, along with injuries, Uzi will likely split playtime with Doggo while also mentoring this young player in the upcoming professional journey, in an environment that is certainly much harsher than the PCS.
