The Rise of Brawler Robots in TFT Season 14
In recent patches of TFT Season 14, Brawler Robots have consistently received beneficial adjustments and significant power upgrades for this trait. In patch 14.2, although the missile damage at the 6 champion threshold was increased, it had no real impact on the Brawler Robots team. The reason is that players need to have the emblem of this trait to reach the 6 champions threshold, which is very rare.

It wasn’t until Kog’Maw and Cho’Gath received strong buffs in patch 14.3 that this team composition became powerful. The buff to Kog’Maw’s damage will help the Brawler Robots team maintain better health in the early game. Meanwhile, Cho’Gath will serve as a sturdy frontline shield with increased maximum health, making the Brawler Robots composition both high-damage and incredibly resilient, akin to a “destroyer tank” on the battlefield.
Building the Brawler Robots Team in TFT Season 14
In the early game, Kog’Maw will be a crucial unit that players should focus on. Combined with Kindred, who costs 1 gold, Kog’Maw will activate 2 Twinshot and ensure a stable output of damage. For the frontline position, Skarner combined with any Vanguard unit will ensure durability during this phase. By level 5, Raahst will be a very good choice when adding the Mystic effect.

In the mid-game phase, players need to manage gold and level up steadily to reach level 9 as quickly as possible. Additionally, 3-cost units like Gragas or Mordekaiser are great additions as they will activate strong traits like Brawler and Specialist… to enhance the team’s durability and damage. If players are lucky enough to buy Cho’Gath at level 7, they should aim for the 4 Brawler threshold to maximize team strength.

In the late game, players will typically replace Kog’Maw with Urgot as the main damage dealer. Following this, Vex will be a wonderful addition to activate the 2 Gunner threshold with Urgot and help this unit deal better damage. If players obtain the Brawler emblem, Vex will be an incredibly strong unit to hold it as it is also a significant damage dealer.

Some Tips When Building the Composition
When building the Brawler Robots composition, players should prioritize defensive items first to ensure survival in the early and mid-game. Therefore, Warmog’s Armor, Stoneplate Talisman, and Redemption should be prioritized early for Skarner. For Urgot, this unit will need Guinsoo’s Rageblade, Death’s Sword, and any damage amplification item. Given that the Gunner trait already provides high critical strike potential, Infinity Edge is somewhat redundant for Urgot. As for the Technology Core, upgrades that grant multiple items should be prioritized to help the key units of this trait maximize their power.
