Faker’s Stats at Worlds “Outclass” Both Rivals and Teammates
Just a few days remain until the first match of the 2025 Worlds officially kicks off, featuring the clash between T1 and IG. Although it’s just the Play-In stage, it’s easy to see that this will be one of the most anticipated matches. The participation of two “superstars” from the LPL and LCK regions guarantees a high viewership for this BO5. And the statistics leading up to the tournament for Faker are easing the worries of T1 fans.

Accordingly, in the statistics for kills and assists, Faker completely outclasses the second player. Specifically, Faker’s total international kills have reached 1,037, far surpassing the second place, Caps, with 684 kills.
As for assists, Faker boasts an impressive number of 1,643, significantly higher than his junior and teammate Keria, who has 1,491. With their participation in Worlds 2025, it is certain that both Faker and Keria will be able to add to their achievements. Additionally, in both of these statistics, the Top 5 is overwhelmingly dominated by T1 players. In the Kills table, Faker (1) and Gumayusi (3) are present. Meanwhile, Faker, Keria, and Oner occupy the 1st, 2nd, and 5th positions respectively.

T1 seems to be fully prepared for the upcoming Worlds journey
According to coach Mata, the team has anticipated that Keria will be the target in the bans and picks, confidently stating, “If opponents focus on Keria, the Mid Laner and AD Carry will have more options to carry the team.” He also mentioned that the team has prepared additional strategies for Keria if he continuously gets banned from his preferred champions.

Players like Faker and Gumayusi have also reassured fans. T1’s upcoming journey will be very challenging, but Worlds is their “fertile ground,” and to win the championship, everyone understands T1 must prepare the best for every opponent.
