For League of Legends players, we are certainly familiar with the Aery rune as it is a comprehensive tool for both offense and defense, enhancing damage and shield effects. According to some players who specialize in climbing to Challenger in the Support role, Aery is considered an extremely powerful rune due to its remarkable scaling ability.

However, it has recently been discovered that the Aery rune has another feature, which is “map hacking,” providing an absurd amount of vision simply by using the Back action. The reason for this “feature” is that when a champion performs the Back action, Aery will detach from the player slightly and perform its own animation. As a result, if positioned correctly, Aery will grant you an enormous amount of vision when you Back, even though players are not typically allowed to do so.
According to the League of Legends Wikipedia page, the vision provided by the Aery rune through this method can reach up to 1350 units. In contrast, the Observer Ward or Control Ward only provides vision within a radius of 900 units. It is also noted on the League of Legends Wikipedia that this is considered a game bug, so exploiting it may lead to penalties.
Furthermore, only certain positions can help players “hack the map” this way, as it also depends on whether Aery moves to the other side of the wall when Backing. You can also use this rune to detect enemies in bushes, even if you have to stand right next to it. Currently, there is only a thin wall near the Red team’s first turret that can be utilized for this bug most frequently and easily.

Hopefully, Riot Games will soon provide an explanation for this absurd “feature” and fix it in the near future.
