League of Legends Community Tournament – League of POWER1 Ready to Kick Off

The League of Legends (LoL) Community Tournament – League of POWER1, organized by the global lubricant brand Castrol POWER1, is set to take place in Ho Chi Minh City.

The fiery days of the League of Legends – VCS Spring 2022 tournament have just concluded, but the excitement of the season still resonates strongly among players and fans. With the spirit of “Fight to the Max – No Misses” throughout this time, the global lubricant brand Castrol POWER1 aims to continue this spirit through the League of POWER1 – a community tournament for young enthusiasts of esports in general and League of Legends in particular.

This community tournament aims to further convey the message “Fight to the Max – No Misses” and the values of resilience and determination in battle. The League of Legends Community Tournament – League of POWER1 will officially take place on May 28, 2022, and May 29, 2022.


The tournament will be held at Black Kingdom – 796 Su Van Hanh, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City and X-Stadium – 24 Street No. 5, Linh Chieu Ward, Thu Duc City (Behind Thu Duc Children’s House). The tournament format is as follows:

LCK 2026 Rounds 1-2 Schedule: Decisive Week for the Four Powerhouses

Each venue will have at least 16 teams registered to participate.

– On May 28, 2022, the qualifying round with a knockout format will take place at 02 internet cafes to determine the 02 champion teams at each location.

– On May 29, 2022, the 02 champion teams from each location will advance to the finals in a BO3 format.

In addition to the official tournament, May 29, 2022, will also include offline activities at X-Stadium:

– Interact and exchange League of Legends knowledge with famous KOLs: Hoang Luan, Optimus, Huu Trung

– Participate in a Showmatch with the KOLs.

– Watch and cheer for the grand final of the League of POWER1 tournament.

The prize structure for participating in the tournament is as follows:


Prizes at each venue of the group stage:

– Champion team: 3 million VND in cash + 5 Castrol POWER1 lubricant products

– Runner-up: 1.5 million VND in cash + 5 Castrol POWER1 lubricant products

– Third place: 1 million VND in cash + 5 Castrol POWER1 lubricant products

– Fourth place: 500 thousand VND in cash + 5 Castrol POWER1 lubricant products

Grand Champion Prizes

– Champion team: 3 million VND in cash + 5 Castrol POWER1 lubricant products

– Runner-up: 1 million VND in cash + 5 Castrol POWER1 lubricant products

Prizes for participating in activities on May 29, 2022:

Meet & Greet (Interaction between KOL and Fans)

– First prize: 5 game cards worth 100K + Castrol bag

– Second prize: 5 game cards worth 50K + Castrol bag

KOL Showmatch:

– First prize: 5 game cards worth 100K + Castrol bag

– Second prize: 5 game cards worth 50K + Castrol bag
