After about a week of launch, the meta of Teamfight Tactics season 7 has gradually formed with compositions centered around the Dragon Tribe proving to be overwhelmingly dominant. The reason is that this tribe possesses powerful damage dealers that counter the high-health units prevalent in the meta. However, this causes the Dragon Tribe units to be fiercely contested, especially the reroll compositions of Olaf or Diana.

Taking advantage of this situation, players have discovered another composition that is also very powerful, fitting the reroll meta but is not contested, called Yone – Brawler. Although it still uses Olaf or Diana, this composition primarily leverages Yone’s strength to utilize the extremely dangerous mixed damage of this unit. Let’s explore the power and how to build this team comp.

In the early game, it is best to have a Yone 1-cost unit along with Aatrox to ensure output damage. The other units in the composition, the 2 Brawlers named Skarner and Tahm Kench, are the best choices as they provide a significant amount of health for the team. Of course, if you have Shen, you should prioritize using this unit instead.
In the mid-game, the advice is to stop buying experience at level 6 to reroll for Yone 3 stars. Naturally, you need to have at least 5 Yone 1-star units beforehand to ensure the feasibility of this. Additionally, Shen is also a very important unit that you can consider upgrading to 3 stars since this unit provides excellent protection for the composition.

After obtaining Yone 3 stars, you need to level up to 8 and buy Yasuo to save a position in the team. The advice is not to activate the Dragon effect for Yone if it does not provide damage or attack speed. However, in the case of Yasuo, it is different because this unit is extremely powerful and has many benefits right from 1 star, so even if the Dragon effect is poor, you should still have “the god” in the composition.

For technology core choices, upgrades that enhance the Warrior system should be prioritized. You can even choose cores that grant Emblems, Warrior Hearts as they will give you Yone for free. Additionally, the core New Life that provides healing or Leaning on Ability that reduces damage are also upgrades players should consider. In case of lacking items for Yone, you can choose the Pandora’s Box.
For Yone, the 2 “core” items will be the Spellthief’s Shawl and Guinsoo’s Rageblade; you can choose Bloodthirster, Hand of Justice, or Giant Slayer for the third position. As a melee champion facing strong crowd control effects from opponents, assembling the Spellthief’s Shawl is a prerequisite for Yone to deal damage.
