In the professional League of Legends environment, discipline and playing according to the set strategies are of utmost importance. Therefore, personal highlights, taking down all 5 opponents and securing a Pentakill are relatively rare in tournaments. To achieve this, the player must be truly outstanding or the champion they are using must be significantly strong.

Regarding JackeyLove’s most recent Pentakill in the match between TES and TT, it seems to be a combination of both factors mentioned. This guy is currently a top ADC in the LPL and is using a very strong champion, Sivir. Perhaps for JackeyLove, the latter factor weighs more as he believes that Sivir after the rework is an extremely strong character; you don’t need to do anything too “fancy” to clean up team fights.
Question: Congratulations JackeyLove on your recent Pentakill, what do you think about the match?
TES JackeyLove: I’m very happy to get a Pentakill at the LPL again, thanks to my teammates for supporting me in this. I feel that the reworked Sivir is truly too strong; I didn’t have to do much and still got a Penta. To use this champion, you just need to pay attention to using your E ability to dodge the opponent’s important skills.

Essentially, Sivir after the rework doesn’t have many changes to her skill set, so players will quickly get accustomed to this character. However, there are two factors that make Sivir much stronger than before: the changes to her W – Boomerang Blade and her ultimate ability, On The Hunt.
Previously, when using W – Boomerang Blade, the number of enhanced attacks was only 3. However, in the reworked version, the duration of enhanced attacks and the bouncing mechanic will be 4 seconds. This allows Sivir to interact much better with attack speed stats and critical items, resulting in significantly improved damage output in team fights.

If the aforementioned W ability is used continuously in team fights, wouldn’t Sivir become extremely strong? And that’s also the second reason why Sivir is currently dominating; her ultimate – On The Hunt reduces the cooldown of basic skills when attacking opponents. As a result, with enough items, Sivir can create a very strong attacking position for her team whenever a fight breaks out.

In a professional competition environment, Sivir’s ultimate is an extremely dangerous tool that can create some truly unbelievable comeback plays. With JackeyLove demonstrating the effectiveness of this champion with his recent Pentakill, it’s easy to understand why Sivir will likely dominate tournaments in the near future.
