As we know, in the recently updated patch 12.20b, Riot Games made significant adjustments to weaken the Dragon God team composition. Essentially, they did not directly nerf Dragon God but instead weakened or completely removed the tools for building this team.

As a result, reroll compositions have become much stronger in patch 12.20b, with the highlight being the Lillia – Dragon team. Right from patch 12.20, Lillia was buffed in damage and became one of the strongest carries in the mid-game.

So how can you effectively build this team composition? The first thing you need to do is acquire Sejuani and activate the Knight effect with Lillia at the beginning of the game. You can even use a team of 2 Knights – 2 Guardians or Brawlers to ensure the survival of your team.

In the mid-game, you should aim to activate the 4 Dragon effect to increase Lillia’s damage. In case you haven’t found Olaf or Diana, you should use as many Knights as possible to help your carry survive longer. Additionally, you should not activate the Dragon’s Rage effect at level 6, as its effectiveness is relatively low.

Your task in the mid-game is to reroll at level 6 to upgrade Lillia and Braum to 3 stars as soon as possible. Once you achieve this goal, you will quickly level up to level 8 to bring Rengar (activating the Dragon’s Rage effect) and Hecarim onto the field.

Regarding item build, Lillia will need the Lightning Bow and the Hand of Justice. These provide healing effects, reduce magic resistance, and significantly increase damage for Lillia. For the third item, you can use Giant Slayer or Archangel’s Staff depending on the match.

For technology cores, Scorch and Loot are suitable upgrades for the reroll playstyle like the Lillia – Dragon team. Ideally, you should take the Destruction Horse core to further increase Lillia’s output damage.

Conclusion

Essentially, Lillia – Dragon is currently regarded by many experts as the strongest reroll composition. If you are unsure which composition to use to climb the ranks in patch 12.20b, Lillia – Dragon is an incredibly reasonable choice.
