About a week ago, the publisher League of Legends (LoL) – Riot Games officially introduced the new champion K’Sante into the Summoner’s Rift. Immediately, the Pride of Nazumah created a sensation in the community worldwide. However, this champion has evoked mixed feelings among various players. Let’s take a look at the impressions of League of Legends players after about a week of experiencing K’Sante.

Strong Laning Ability

According to reports from League of Legends players, K’Sante possesses quite good laning capabilities. Typically, tank champions are often rated average in the early game. However, K’Sante’s trading skills surpass most top lane champions. When players use his Immortal Will ability, they can effectively alternate between attacking and retreating, taking full advantage of the Keystone Rune. This way, K’Sante gains an advantage over opponents during the laning phase.

Moreover, when players have stacked the Ntofo Spirit (Q) ability and the ultimate Blood Play (R), they can unleash a series of abilities to take down enemies. Therefore, K’Sante only struggles against strong champions early in the game like Fiora and Darius. Other than that, the Pride of Nazumah rarely fears other champions before the 14-minute mark.

Good Interaction with Items

K’Sante belongs to the tank champion group, and they maximize their power in the mid-game (14-30 minutes into the match). Therefore, K’Sante is strongest when players have 1-3 core items. Thus, opponents find it very difficult to find a way to control the Pride of Nazumah if this champion excels in the laning phase. At that point, K’Sante’s golden stage will arrive earlier than expected.

Quick “Snowballing” Ability

K’Sante is on the list of champions with strong “snowballing” capabilities because the Pride of Nazumah interacts well with items.

Furthermore, this champion’s skill set possesses high mobility, allowing players to easily establish dominance over opponents in clear equipment disparity situations. At that point, they will struggle to hold their lane, or their teammates will face situations of lacking presence in fights.

Dominating in Small Fights

According to the League of Legends community, K’Sante is a very strong champion in small fights. In these situations, his chasing ability, damage output, and crowd control effects are most effective. Moreover, the Pride of Nazumah does not need to worry about a backfire from the ultimate.

When using the Blood Play (R) ability, players must sacrifice defensive capabilities for offensive power. Therefore, K’Sante has both damage and tank stats at a decent level, making him unafraid of opponents in one-on-one skirmishes. In fact, this champion can eliminate 2 or 3 enemy members if they make mistakes.

Biggest Weakness – Team Fights

K’Sante is weakest in scenarios that require all five members to concentrate. In team fights, K’Sante will be attacked by multiple opponents, leading to a rapid loss of health. Consequently, it becomes very difficult for players to unleash their combo since the Q skill needs to stack points. Once he has crowd control effects, K’Sante no longer has optimal health to participate in fights.

Furthermore, when activating the ultimate, players lose their tankiness, making it very easy to be taken down by the enemy carries. Just one drawback, but this factor causes K’Sante to have a 45% win rate in version 12.21. Overall, K’Sante is quite strong during the laning phase, shines when completing 1-3 core items, and gradually weakens as the game surpasses the 30-minute mark. Hopefully, the publisher Riot Games will enhance the Pride of Nazumah in the next patch.
