Zeus’s Side Continues to “Stir” the Drama with T1
As we know, a few days ago, T1’s COO Josh made a post addressing the prominent dramas from the end of the 2024 transfer season to now. Among these, of course, the most concerning is the issue involving Zeus, followed by the decision to bench Gumayusi. COO Josh expressed apologies to Zeus and his family for the drama that has (either directly or indirectly) caused him trouble since the tumultuous transfer period. However, instead of allowing the situation to fade into obscurity, Zeus’s side has recently “struck back”.

Accordingly, The Play has continued to post hints that they have ample evidence to refute all of T1’s claims regarding Zeus’s salary and bonuses. These posts are believed to be directed at the COO of T1’s statement that “Zeus’s salary remains unchanged, but bonuses will depend on performance to ensure financial fairness and comply with the salary cap laws.” However, The Play firmly asserts that T1 has reduced the salary of the player born in 2004.

But does the representative truly “have Zeus’s best interests” in the matter with T1?
Firstly, at this point, it is clear that regarding the player Zeus, he is completely innocent in this situation. Meanwhile, T1 has also issued an apology, and Zeus has found stability at HLE. It seems that everything could have ended at the moment COO Josh offered his apology. After all, no side can take the matter any further or find a better resolution.
However, instead, The Play continues to assert time and again that “they have evidence but it’s not convenient to make it public.” Of course, their reasoning is quite reasonable. But clearly, if they cannot reveal it, and as Zeus’s representative, The Play’s assertions will only make the LoL community more confused, potentially leading to negative feedback towards Zeus.

Clearly, throughout the entire situation, if both sides had handled things more professionally, no one would be affected. Ultimately, the only “victim” is Zeus himself.
