In recent days, the situation surrounding SBTC Esports has caused quite a stir, not only within the Vietnamese League of Legends community but also surprising international viewers who learned about the incident. Many opinions have been expressed regarding the negative behavior of the players SE as well as Riot’s handling of the matter. However, the consensus remains support from the LoL community for strict penalties against negative behaviors to create a healthy competitive Esports environment. Nevertheless, information surrounding SE is far from over.

Accordingly, during a recent stream, Coach Ren revealed many surprising details related to the internal matters of the SE team. Specifically, the former “Pink Chicken” coach stated: “I say this will be even more shocking. Do you know who initiated my removal? I challenge everyone to guess. The instigator is Dia1“. In fact, when mentioning this information, Coach Ren even insisted he stands by his honor to ensure the information he provides is true and is ready to participate in legal action if anyone accuses the former coach of defamation.

Additionally, Coach Ren mentioned that Vinboiz confirmed he would only participate (in SE’s negative actions) if the team also removed player Slayder. A few days ago, after the VCS organizers announced the punishment, Vinboiz, DNK, and Nper were among the players who strongly voiced their opinions regarding the verdict. Many VCS viewers were also puzzled as to why Vinboiz was penalized when he had just returned and played only one match for SE.

However, many opinions believe that Coach Ren’s revelations are nothing more than an attempt to gain attention. This is because the claims he makes cannot be verified, and surely the SE players would not want to get themselves into more trouble while being the focus of criticism from the VCS community. In fact, there are quite a few voices criticizing the coach himself for revealing the internal matters of a team he used to work with during a time when that team is facing difficulties.

Currently, the individuals involved have yet to make any statements regarding Coach Ren’s information. The incident continues to attract much discussion from the VCS community and is sure to persist, at least in the near future.
