Alongside the new champions and traits introduced in patch 9.5, the information about patch 13.17 is also of great interest to Teamfight Tactics players. This is the final patch before the launch of season 9.5, so players are hoping for some exciting changes. Notably, the changes to the two neglected areas, the Immortal Fortress and Stillwater Camp.

Indeed, Riot Games will be adjusting these two areas, but their approach has left the community dissatisfied. Specifically, the Immortal Fortress will now allow players to start with 115 health instead of 100. Meanwhile, Stillwater Camp will not provide players with the Tech Core option, instead offering 3 component items at rounds 2-1, 3-1, and 4-2.

The community believes that these changes are truly too “bland” and not appealing enough. With the “new” Immortal Fortress, the additional 15 health for the Spirit Beast only serves to unnecessarily prolong the matches. In fact, this indirectly boosts the strength of the Legend Vladimir and the Bloodline core, which were already very powerful, in the upcoming patch.

As for Stillwater Camp, its essence has not changed as players will still not have access to the Tech Core. The only difference is that it will provide players with 3 component items starting from the next patch. Looking back at the previous rework of the Mystic Forest, the above changes have genuinely left players dissatisfied.
Essentially, Riot Games still has about a week to make final adjustments before patch 13.17 goes live. Hopefully, they will take community feedback into account to implement more interesting changes for the two areas, the Immortal Fortress and Stillwater Camp, in the future.
