One of the most popular features of the Worlds skin line in general is that these skins are largely created based on suggestions from the players, in collaboration with Riot’s engineers. Therefore, the Worlds skins will showcase many characteristics of the players. This could include everyday activities that they want their champions to express or features related to their gameplay, signature emotes, or sometimes even tied to… the pets of the players.

Recently, Zeus shared on his streaming channel about the Recall effect that he plans to integrate for his Jayce Worlds 2023 skin. Zeus is the only player among the five members of T1 who hasn’t discussed too much about the Worlds skins they will be getting this year. Across all his streams, Zeus has only mentioned once that if he doesn’t choose Jayce, Gnar and Yone would be his next options. Besides that, Zeus hasn’t mentioned anything about these skins and has no intention of “changing his mind” at the last minute like his older teammate and captain Faker.

However, recently, Zeus unexpectedly shared about the Recall effect he intends to use for his 2023 Worlds skin. According to Zeus, he said: “I asked my brother which Recall effect would look best. He suggested the image when Thor summons both of his weapons, which is really beautiful, like this. The effect on my skin will be very interesting.”
For those who may not know, the image that Zeus referred to is from the movie Avengers: Endgame released in 2019. This is when Thor summons Mjolnir and Stormbreaker before they all attack Thanos. This is considered one of the coolest scenes of the God of Thunder. Many viewers believe that Zeus’s choice of this effect for Jayce is quite fitting. The champion Jayce in League of Legends also wields a weapon that is half gun and half hammer, with skills that are very related to the Thunder God like Shock Blast and Acceleration Gate. Moreover, Zeus’s nickname itself is that of the great God of Thunder, the lord of all Greek deities.
With these revelations from Zeus, fans are even more excited for T1’s skins in 2024. And surely, with T1’s reputation and the hints about the designs from the players, the demand for the team’s Worlds skins will be highly anticipated.
