BLV Hoàng Luân Does Not Hesitate to Call Out a GAM Star
Currently, the 2025 season is approaching its final months, and teams must truly commit all their resources, not only to compete for domestic titles but also for the World Championship. However, in the LCP, things are still chaotic for VCS teams. Even GAM – the strongest team among the three VCS teams is facing numerous issues. One of these is the performance of player Emo – someone who had garnered a lot of hope from the regional audience.

Recently, BLV Hoàng Luân directly called out GAM’s mid-laner during his stream. Specifically, this occurred when some viewers requested the famous commentator to analyze Scout’s Yone and Emo’s Yone. BLV Hoàng Luân candidly remarked: “Honestly, I didn’t watch the JDG match, so I don’t know how Scout played, but if anyone rates Scout worse than Emo, it must be a terrible performance, because what has Emo done other than continually diving in and getting taken down? It’s completely ineffective.”

In the JDG vs. TES match, Scout also used Yone. Both Scout’s and Emo’s Yone contributed nothing to the team except for feeding the opponents. However, it should be noted that TES played exceptionally well and exploited Scout’s position early on. Moreover, BLV Hoàng Luân’s comments received agreement from the Vietnamese League of Legends community. On various forums, many viewers who watched both the LPL and LCP acknowledged that Scout was poor while using Yone but had yet to reach the depths of Emo’s performance.

Emo Needs to Improve Soon as GAM Doesn’t Have Much Time
At this moment, GAM still appears very strong in APAC, and one of the three spots for the World Championship is unlikely to escape from this team. However, anything can happen, especially as matches enter critical phases. If Emo continues his current performance, it is entirely possible that he will frequently find himself on the bench, which would not be good for GAM’s stability or for this player’s performance.
