Faker Continues to Set New Personal Records
At this point, when almost all individual and collective title categories that a player can achieve have been conquered by Faker, each match of T1 not only concerns the result but also captivates audiences with the question of what new record or career milestone Faker will set. In a recent dominating match against KT, Faker did not disappoint his fans as he continued to set a new record.

Accordingly, Faker became the first player in LCK history to achieve 700 match wins and is also the only player to reach this milestone with just one team in a single tournament. Players close to Faker include Meiko, who only reached the 600-win milestone last year. Meanwhile, another LPL legend, Xiaohu, just achieved 600 wins in May 2025. However, both of these players have changed teams during their careers.

Faker’s Milestone Will Be Unbreakable
If it were simply 700 match wins, perhaps in the future someone could surpass that. However, what is noteworthy is that Faker achieved this milestone solely with T1 and in the LCK. This is something that most of the best League of Legends players today have not been able to accomplish. Chovy has changed from GRF to DRX, then HLE, and Gen.G. Meanwhile, Peanut – the only player in LCK close to Faker – has only 531 match wins and has even changed regions.

But this achievement also highlights an important factor: Faker’s loyalty and perseverance to T1, LCK, and League of Legends. This is a crucial element that significantly contributes to the greatness of Faker and T1, while also ensuring the longevity of League of Legends in the years to come.
