Ekko
Among the three names, Ekko is the most “tanky” since, after all, this champion’s skill is area-based. Moreover, Ekko has never been selected as a primary damage dealer but is usually positioned to provide as much crowd control as possible with his slowing effect. Specifically, among the 3-cost champions, Ekko is quite strong and flexible compared to another 3-cost champion, Gangplank – who is the weakest at the 3-cost level in TFT Season 6.
However, Ekko is also one of the champions whose skill set can sometimes “damage the team” significantly. Specifically, when Ekko casts his skill, if the opponent moves afterward, there is a relatively high percentage chance that the ability will miss. With a fragile Assassin champion that has a high energy cost requirement (120), each miss like that can be even more harmful because it is likely that this champion will not have the chance to cast again.

Zyra
The next name to mention is Zyra – a champion from the Gang faction – Scholar group who will still be present in the upcoming Season 6.5. Zyra has a skill set that deals damage and crowd control extremely strongly across a horizontal line. This is a very useful skill that can “turn the tide” of any fight at any moment. Of course, the prerequisite is that Zyra must hit her target first.
And this is where the problem arises, Zyra will aim at her target, and to avoid her ability, it’s actually quite simple: just ensure that your team has enough damage to quickly eliminate the opponent, and then the champions with enough room to move can make Zyra’s attack very likely to miss. Sometimes, it is precisely from those extremely “unfortunate” missed attacks that players lose health in the early game and feel regret and frustration from losing the match.

Ziggs
And the “final boss” on this list is none other than Ziggs – a 1-cost champion from the Yordle tribe who will also be present in the upcoming Season 6.5. For those who don’t know, Ziggs is famous for his ability, Mega Inferno Bomb, and this is also the champion that can lead players to experience a loss right from the first monster round throughout TFT’s history.

This champion costs 1 gold and Ziggs’ skill can deal damage to multiple targets if aimed correctly. The only issue is that Ziggs cannot do that. Similar to Zyra and Ekko, as well as many other names that have been removed when transitioning to Season 6.5, Ziggs targets a position rather than the enemy itself. Therefore, as long as the enemy champion moves from its original position, Ziggs’ ability is likely to miss.
Not to mention, Ziggs previously had a relatively high mana cost compared to a champion that is not usually equipped with items (60), so it can be said that Ziggs is the riskiest champion to pick in the first shared selection round and is also the one that brings the most frustration to players.
