Rumor Has It That Slayder Has a New Destination
After a period of competing in VCS, around the middle of the 2024 season, Slayder transitioned to play in the Arabian League – a tournament belonging to EMEA (the second tier of the LEC region) for the team Nigma Galaxy. However, his time with the Saudi Arabian team was quite short, and recently, information has emerged that Slayder has a new destination.

Accordingly, Slayder’s new team is named Dark Passage – a team from Turkey that also competes in the EMEA league of the European region. However, at this moment, this is just a rumor from LEC transfer insiders. Neither Dark Passage nor Slayder has made any announcements or confirmations yet.

The Team That Slayder May Join Is Far From Ordinary
Although it only competes in the second tier of Europe and is not particularly well-known worldwide, DP should not be underestimated. This is one of the oldest teams in the League of Legends scene, having been established since 2012. And while it cannot participate in the LEC, this team remains a very strong force in the TCL.
More importantly, DP has been the former team of several well-known European League of Legends stars familiar to the audience. Notable names include Caps, Humanoid, BrokenBlade, and Bwipo. It can be said that DP is associated with many of the top LEC superstars in the world today.

For his part, if Slayder moves to DP, he will continue his challenging journey. Of course, one challenge for him is that Slayder will remain distant from top-tier international competitions for a while longer. However, this is an understandable choice. The VCS is expected to undergo many changes in the new season, and the top teams that could accommodate Slayder’s wishes (if any) have almost finalized their rosters.
