Evidence of Doran Being Isolated by HLE Accidentally Confirms “Late Night Deal” with Zeus
On the night of December 20 to the early morning of December 21 (Vietnam time), the LCK community and Vietnamese LoL fans were stirred up once again. Specifically, many viewers accidentally discovered evidence suggesting that Doran – the new recruit of T1, may have actually been isolated at Hanwha Life Esports even before the transfer window began.

Specifically, on November 19 (the time when the drama occurred), T1 announced Doran and parted ways with Zeus. Then on the 20th, the remaining 4 members of HLE went to Japan for a workshop. The noteworthy point here is that Doran was originally seen as a backup plan in case HLE could not sign Zeus. However, according to many viewers, even if HLE were to come back to him, Doran would not be able to participate in the workshop with the team.
Notably, everything happened very quickly, just within about 2 days from when Zeus was announced as a Free Agent (FA). For a player like Zeus, negotiations could not happen that fast. In fact, HLE even managed to fill in the reason for Zeus’s absence due to military obligations. This further strengthens the argument that “HLE was indeed secretly negotiating with Zeus beforehand.”

Fans Express Outrage Over HLE’s Treatment of Doran
While the time spent together was short, Doran did contribute to HLE winning their first LCK title in the team’s history since rebranding. However, many believe that HLE has been too harsh towards their player.
“Imagine having to leave your company in the future, with management and teammates leaving you alone in the office, you would probably feel lonely and very sad… Well, be happy at T1 then,” commented a fan.

Another user stated on FmKorea: “Doran mentioned that as of the 19th, he still didn’t know where he would go. But the workshop was scheduled for the 20th. So, no matter what, he wouldn’t be attending the workshop.”
This incident is currently attracting significant attention from the LoL community in Korea as well as LCK fans in Vietnam and around the world.
