As widely known, recently KeSPA officially announced the South Korea LoL roster for the upcoming ASIAD 2026. Alongside the biggest surprise of Canyon being selected over other in-form Junglers like Oner or Kanavi, there is also the reunion of Gumayusi and Zeus with Faker and Keria. The shared feeling from both players was somewhat surprised by how quickly they reunited after Gumayusi decided to leave T1. However, both expressed confidence about their journey with the South Korean team at the upcoming ASIAD.

Gumayusi said: “Um… I didn’t expect that right after parting ways with Minseokie (Keria’s nickname), I would get a chance to play with him again. I think the matches at ASIAD will be very exciting. Keria has always been an outstanding Support.”

Keria also shared: “Just a few months ago, we were still the most reliable botlane duo and had played together for a long time. So I don’t think there will be any issues when we reunite soon. Since this position is very important in every LoL team and even more so representing the national team at ASIAD, our biggest goal is to regain the highest synergy and deliver a perfect performance.”
