Former professional female CS:GO player from Brazil, Shayene “shAy” Victorio, has recently been sentenced to 116 years in prison.
According to the verdict, the retail company that shAy was partnered with was accused of failing to deliver products to customers, with this illegal activity occurring continuously from 2013 to 2017. This sentence can still be appealed freely.

Specifically, shAy was partnered with her ex-husband and his father in an online retail company, which has been reported by 188 individuals for not delivering products to paying customers. Although the total sentence for shAy is 116 years, under Brazilian law, she will be imprisoned for a maximum of 30 years.
On her Instagram, shAy shared that she will not be arrested, as all of this was due to her ex-husband’s actions, which indirectly implicated her. When they divorced, this man stated he would take full responsibility for his actions.
shAy played professional CS for 11 years, including CS 1.6 from 2008 to 2011 and CS:GO from 2013 to 2019, having participated in professional organizations such as MiBR, ProGaming, paiN, Santos Dexterity, Bootkamp, and Vivo Keyd before officially retiring in May 2019.

According to various sources, shAy was also in a romantic relationship with the famous CS:GO player currently with MiBR, fer, from 2017 to 2019. However, the time they were together does not fall within the period during which shAy’s store was committing illegal acts, so it appears that fer is not connected to this case.
