Recycle Composition in TFT Season 13
Since the launch of TFT Season 13, the Recycle tribe has appeared quite weak due to its lack of superior attack power. The output damage of this tribe relies heavily on Corki and Rumble in the late game, making this composition quite weak in the earlier stages. As a result, players often find themselves eliminated by opponents before they can upgrade to level 9 to enhance Corki and Rumble, leading to unfortunate defeats.

However, in the recently released version 13.3, the Recycle tribe has received a series of very notable buffs. Firstly, the duration of the Recycle shield will be increased by 4 seconds, allowing these champions to interact more effectively with defensive items.
Moreover, two important champions in the early game, Trundle and Gangplank, have also received significant buffs to both their damage output and survivability. This will help the Recycle composition become less vulnerable in the mid-game and retain more resources heading into a strong late game.
Mage Composition in TFT Season 13
Although designed to be a magical powerhouse, the Mage system is facing significant issues and is “drowning” in the current meta. The main reason for the Mage’s decline is its much worse operational efficiency compared to the Prophet system, as it lacks energy regeneration effects. As a result, despite having high AP stats, Mages are still undervalued and rated very low.

In version 13.3, Riot Games has decided to buff both the AP stats from the Mage system and the skill damage of several champions in this system. LeBlanc even received a buff to her base attack speed to better interact with her skill in the late game.
Additionally, Vladimir’s “heroic” core has also been significantly buffed and promises to help this champion, as well as the Mage system in general, rise to the top tier of meta compositions in the new version.
Bounty Hunter Composition in TFT Season 13
Looking at the effects and champions of Bounty Hunters in TFT Season 13, players will notice that this is quite a peculiar tribe in terms of design. Essentially, the effect of this tribe increases buffs for damage and attack speed when defeating enemies that are being “hunted”.
However, many champions like Steb, Lloris, or somewhat Vi do not fully utilize the stats that this system provides. Consequently, players are forced to rely on using “mercenary” champions with the Bounty Hunter emblem to effectively build this composition.

This is set to change in version 13.3 as Riot significantly increases the output damage for Camille and Twisted Fate, helping them interact better with the effects of this tribe. Furthermore, the defensive capabilities of the Bounty Hunters have also been greatly improved, with Steb and Lloris receiving buffs to their healing and shield creation in their skills.
This will make the Bounty Hunter composition much more resilient and capable of dealing significant damage in the mid-game without relying on “mercenary” champions or the Bounty Hunter emblem as before.
