Right in the midnight hours, while everyone was deep in sleep, the reigning LCK champion – T1, dropped a shocking piece of news for fans: The name T1 Entertainment & Sports is officially being retired, and the team will rename itself to F1 starting April 1, 2020:
“T1 Entertainment & Sports is proud to introduce the new logo of the organization, F1!”
“We hope that fans will continue to show their support for F1!”

What does F1 mean here? Perhaps looking at the team’s new poster, everyone can easily find the answer; F stands for Faker, and from now on, T1 or SKT T1 in the past will officially become the team of “Faker and Friends.”
There are even reports that Faker has quietly replaced President Joe Marsh to take over as the CEO of the organization. This makes perfect sense as not long ago, this player became a shareholder of T1.

Of course, this is just a fun joke from the T1 Social Media Management, but immediately the League of Legends gaming community enthusiastically responded to this information, and they even envisioned a scenario where Faker and President Joe Marsh united to seek new challenges in the realm of… Formula 1 racing.
This theory may sound absurd but is quite convincing, as Faker, besides gaming, is also very interested in vehicles and speed racing. Don’t believe it? Just watch the cut streams of this guy engrossed in playing the bridge-building game Poly Bridge to the point of forgetting to hit the button to find a match.
